The rules we both work by when you order from us.
Placing an order
An order is confirmed once we message you on WhatsApp. Until then, it is a request. If an item turns out to be out of stock after you order, we will tell you and either substitute it with your agreement, or remove it and adjust the total.
Prices
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include tax where applicable. Prices can change without notice, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.
We try hard to keep listings accurate. If an obvious pricing error appears — a Rs 5,000 item listed at Rs 50 — we will contact you rather than ship it, and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel.
Payment
- Cash on delivery — pay the courier on arrival
- Bank transfer — 5% off, account details sent after checkout
- Orders above Rs 10,000 require advance payment
For bank transfer orders, we dispatch once the payment reaches our account. If we do not receive payment within 3 days, the order is cancelled and the stock released.
Delivery
Delivery timelines on the shipping page are estimates based on normal courier performance. Strikes, weather and public holidays can delay parcels. We will keep you informed, but we cannot be held liable for courier delays outside our control.
Please give a complete address with a landmark. Orders that fail delivery because the address was wrong or the phone was unreachable may be charged the return shipping cost.
Refusing a cash-on-delivery order
Refusing a parcel without contacting us costs us the shipping both ways. If this happens repeatedly, we may require advance payment on future orders from that number.
Returns
Covered in full on the returns page. In short: 48 hours to report, damaged or incorrect items replaced at our cost, opened materials not returnable for change of mind.
Product images and colours
We use manufacturer and our own photographs. Screens vary, and paint colour on a screen is never exactly the colour on paper. If shade accuracy matters for your work, message us before ordering and we will describe it honestly.

The text, layout and photographs on this site belong to ArtSupplies.pk. Product names and brand marks belong to their respective owners.
Disputes
Message us first — almost everything gets resolved on WhatsApp. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore have jurisdiction.
