Shipping & Delivery
Flat Rs 300 anywhere in Pakistan, and free above Rs 5,000.
Delivery charges
- Orders under Rs 5,000 — flat Rs 300, anywhere in Pakistan
- Orders Rs 5,000 and above — free delivery
The charge is the same whether you are in Lahore or Gilgit. There is no separate "remote area" surcharge.
How long it takes
- Lahore — usually the next day. Areas near Urdu Bazar can get same-day delivery if the order is placed early.
- Punjab (Gujranwala, Sialkot, Faisalabad, Sheikhupura, Kasur) — 2 to 3 working days.
- Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Multan — 3 to 4 working days.
- Balochistan, Gilgit-Baltistan, Azad Kashmir — 4 to 7 working days.
These are working days, so Sundays and public holidays are not counted. Orders placed after 4pm are dispatched the following working day.
Cash on Delivery
Available across Pakistan. You pay the courier when the parcel reaches you — nothing upfront. The only exception is orders above Rs 10,000, which need advance payment. Large parcels are expensive to send back if refused, and advance payment keeps our prices where they are.
Bank transfer — 5% off
Choosing bank transfer at checkout takes 5% off your total automatically. Account details appear on the confirmation page after you place the order, and also go to your WhatsApp. Send the screenshot and we dispatch as soon as the payment shows.
How we pack
Canvas and framed items are corner-protected and boxed. Glass bottles — inks, mediums, varnishes — are wrapped individually. Paper and sheets ship flat or in tubes depending on size, so they do not arrive creased.
If a parcel still arrives damaged, photograph it before unpacking further and send us the picture on WhatsApp within 48 hours. We replace it at our cost. Full details are on the returns page.
Tracking your order
Your order details go to your WhatsApp as soon as you place the order. Once it ships, we send the tracking number on the same thread. You can also message us with your order number any time.
