Privacy Policy
Short version: we collect what we need to deliver your order, and we do not sell it to anyone.
What we collect
When you place an order we ask for your name, WhatsApp number, delivery address and city. That is what the courier needs. Email is optional.
If you create an account, we also store a password — encrypted, so nobody at our end can read it.
How we use it
- To pack and deliver your order
- To send order updates on WhatsApp
- To help you when you contact us about an order
- To send offers and new product news — only if you ticked that box at checkout
If you did not tick it, you will not get marketing messages. You can ask us to stop at any time and we will remove you.
Who else sees it
Only the courier company, and only your name, address and phone number — they cannot deliver without it. We do not sell, rent or trade customer information with anyone.
The website runs on Hostinger servers and uses Google Analytics to count visits. Analytics tells us how many people visited a page, not who they are.
Payment information
We never see or store card details, because we do not accept cards. Cash on delivery is handled by the courier, and bank transfers go directly to our account — you send the payment yourself.
Cookies
Your cart is stored in your own browser so it survives a page refresh. We also use Google Analytics cookies for visitor counts. That is all.
Your choices
- Ask what information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct or delete it
- Unsubscribe from marketing messages
Message us on WhatsApp or email artsuppliespakistan@gmail.com and we will handle it.
How long we keep records
Order records stay in our system so we can handle returns, warranty questions and repeat orders. If you want your data removed and you have no pending orders, ask us and we will do it.
