How to Use

Pastel pencils are ideal for adding delicate lines and fine details to soft and hard pastel artwork. They can be used independently for detailed sketches or in conjunction with other pastel mediums for layered, expressive compositions.

Sharpening Instructions

We recommend sharpening under adult supervision using a hobby knife with a new, sharp blade. Take it slowly and aim for a gentle angle so the timber supports the pigment strip. Do not use standard sharpeners with pastel pencils due to the fragile nature of the colour strip.
